Now that we have children, I love to read with my kids. Here are a few of my childhood favorites that I am planning to pick up from the library this week:

I read Beverly Cleary's "Mouse and the Motorcycle" series to my class. They love it! (Especially the boys.) For picture books, "Miss Rumphius" is a favorite. :) A lot of your favorites were (and are still) my favorites!

Thanks, Annie! I love 'Mouse in the Motorcycle' too. We actually just got 'Miss Rumphius' at a book exchange but haven't read it yet. The illustrations look beautiful.
